I ship my work from Germany with DHL to the countries available at checkout.

Every order is packed carefully and as securely as possible. Whenever possible, I reuse boxes, paper, bubble wrap and other packing materials to avoid unnecessary waste. Please don't be surprised if the outer packaging does not always look brand new.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Parcels are shipped with tracking and are insured by DHL up to €500 as standard.

For higher-value orders, extra insurance may be available depending on the destination country and shipping method. Any additional costs will be discussed with you in advance. Please contact me before placing your order at agatha.black@gmx.de if you would like to arrange this.

Smaller items that can be sent as a letter may not include tracking. If tracking is available and you would like to add it, please contact me before placing your order.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply. These are not included in the item price or shipping costs and may need to be paid by the recipient.

Customs checks can also cause delays. I have no control over how long customs processing takes or how local customs authorities handle shipments.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the parcel, packaging and item as soon as possible and contact me promptly.

If a parcel is returned to me because it was not collected after a delivery attempt or notice, was refused, or because the buyer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, extra shipping costs may apply if the buyer would like the order to be sent again, where legally applicable. This does not affect the buyer's legal rights.
