Payment:
If you pay in another currency, this is no problem with my payment methods. If you still have questions about payment processing, please contact me.

INSTALLATION PAYMENT POSSIBLE:
If you want an installment, you can use Klarna or  contact me. A purchase in two monthly installments or by arrangement is possible!

shipping/ processing time

I will do my best to process and ship your order as soon as possible. The time it takes to get an item ready for shipping varies from item to item. 

All details about shipping costs you can find on shipping and handling page!

I ship worldwide and almost everything with tracking number. Except for large letters for fine art prints or patches. However, I can send these on request for an additional 5€ shipping cost as registered mail. If you choose this shipping method then please contact me or leave a message at checkout. If you accept the simple shipping, I am not liable in case of disappearance or possible damage.
All other orders will be shipped with a tracking number and insurance up to 50€ or up to 500€, depending on the value and size of the goods. This will be transmitted by immediately after shipping.

I am not liable for any transport damage or damage for which customs are responsible! This is then normally borne by the insurance.

customs & import fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import charges that may apply. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or transport.

returns & exchanges

Goods can't be exchanched, returned or canceled. No guarantee! I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
