Returns & Refunds
For customers in the European Union, a legal 14-day right to cancel applies unless a legal exception applies.
The 14-day period starts on the day you, or someone you have chosen other than the carrier, receives the item.
If you want to cancel your purchase, please let me know clearly within this period by email or letter.

You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.
It is enough to send your cancellation before the 14-day period ends.
If you cancel your purchase, I will refund the amount you paid, including the cost of the cheapest standard shipping option offered for your order.
Any additional shipping costs caused by choosing a more expensive shipping method are not refundable.
Refunds will be made within 14 days after I receive your cancellation notice.
I will use the same payment method you used for your original purchase unless we agree otherwise.
I may wait to issue the refund until the item has been returned to me or until you provide proof that it has been shipped back, whichever comes first.
The item must be sent back within 14 days after you let me know that you are cancelling your purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Because my pieces are delicate and often one of a kind, please make sure the item is packed carefully and securely. For valuable pieces, tracked and fully insured return shipping is strongly recommended.
You may be responsible for any loss in value if the item has been handled more than necessary to check its condition and characteristics.
Custom made pieces created specifically to a customer’s personal instructions or wishes may be excluded from the right to cancel where the legal requirements for this exception are met. This does not automatically apply to finished one of a kind or original artworks simply because they are handmade or unique.
For orders outside the European Union, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to change of mind. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the law of the customer’s country.
