Shipping & Handling

I only ship with DHL from Germany, worldwide.

All orders are packed carefully, safely, and in an environmentally friendly way.
I use recycled newspapers, magazines, and reused bubble wrap as packing material. I do not buy new packaging and also reuse boxes whenever possible. Please understand if your parcel does not look brand new from the outside, this is part of my sustainable shipping concept.

Shipping costs are charged only once per order and are shown at checkout.
Worldwide shipping is free for orders over €150.

All parcels are shipped with tracking and insurance up to €500. Higher insurance is available if needed.
Letters and large letters do not include tracking or insurance. If you want this option, please contact me in advance at agatha.black@gmx.de.

I am not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping company or customs.
I also take no responsibility if a parcel is not picked up or accepted after a delivery attempt and is sent back to me. In that case, reshipping will only happen at the buyer’s expense.
